A fVictorian walnut upholstered double stool. This beautiful piece dates to around 1880. It has carved walnut feet. The sprung stool has been recently re-upholstered in Linwood fabric (Duck Egg check), which is fire retardant. This stool could stand in the middle of a room, but would also make a lovely window seat.
An impressive long walnut window seat dating from circa 1880. The six carved cabriole legs joined with shaped carved rails. The upholstered seat retains its original tapestry cover which has been repaired over the years and although it remains delicate, it is usable with care. The tapestry depicts a hunting scene at the centre surrounded by floral border.
