A lovely Victorian gilt metal free standing easel mirror. It has a decorative shell and leaf border. This would make a lovely Christmas present, and we have another very similar one for sale if you wanted a matched pair. Ref 238
A wonderful example of an Adams style overmantel mirror dating from the mid 19th century. The frame finished in gold leaf of which most is original. The bevelled glass is original and in excellent condition for its age.
Early 18th Century Olive wood cushion moulded mirror.
The original mirror plate is hand bevelled and has some blemishes as you would expect. The back canvas has been replaced some time ago but the general condition is good.

A very large gilt frame mirror in the Adams style. This mirror dates to around 1900. It boasts its original bevelled plate, which does have some foxing if caught from a certain angle. This impressive mirror has been re-gilded.It would need a large room to display it in.
An oil on canvas in a gilt frame, by the well catalogued Scottish artist Hector Chalmers, 1849 - 1943. He was a prolific artist of attractive scenes, and exhibited 176 works at the Royal Scottish Academy.
A large freestanding (cheval) mirror. It dates to around 1810 and has its original plate glass mirror, and original brassware. It is mahogany, and stands on claw feet. It is extremely decorative. The stand is also on castors so it can be moved easily.
