A floor standing glazed mahogany glazed bookcase, of good colour, dating to late Victorian times, C1890. The bookcase stands on a plinth and has three shelves, the doors to which are lockable (key present),and also an unusual hinged lockable top section, in which documents could be stored. The bookcase has its original brass locks and escutcheon.

The bookcase stands 120.5cm H (to top of carved backrail), 105cm H to top of main bookcase, 102cm W x 40.5cm D, (internal shelf depth is 31.5cm)
